more than 60 quills were removed from the feet, legs, wings and face of a 1st year golden eagle, to add insult to injury this youngster was saturated in “skunk juice” and received bite wounds (believed to be from the skunk) to her left leg.  She’s on several medications and resting at the WRCNU facility recovering.
